Dockers looking beyond khakis to casuals

Dockers San Francisco’s makeover store has hit Bangalore, with the brand repositioning itself and looking beyond khakis. The brand has expanded beyond its original line of men’s khakis to a collection of casual clothing and accessories. It will be introducing denims later this year and a women’s collection by early next year, said Sumon Chatterjee, country manager, Levi Strauss India. “Dockers has changed from a khakis brand to a brand that offers a lifestyle proposition to the new consumers,” said Mr. Chatterjee.
